Dana Bergeman started Bergeman Group in 2010 to answer a profound, but unmet, need in the marketplace: aging high rise condominiums in need of significant repair.
As many of these buildings had been built in the 1960s – 1980s, they were in need of repairs, renovation and remodeling. Bergeman Group was created to help serve the unique needs of the Condo Board Associations as they navigate through the complex process of renovating their homes. Building a team of construction & design professions, Dana and our team work to guide our clients through the many variables, educating you to help make the most informed decisions to benefit your building.
After many years of successfully helping our clients, two things became clear, our approach was well suited for many different types of clients, properties and building owners. Second, there are aging condominiums and building throughout the country that would benefit to the approach to construction management that Bergeman Group has established.
